Raunchy Red Or Naughty Nude?

Hellloooo Ladies :D

Well it's time to vote for your favourite colour.
From the dawn of makeup, ladies (and sometimes men too) have had an individual preference for a certain shade on their lips.

Some say that women who wear red are dangerous, vivacious and extrovert. With the likes of Madonna, Dita Von Teese and Maralyn Monroe firmly in their camp who could argue? And yet this past year, red has crept it's way onto normally less adventurous lips such as Angelina Jolie and Anne Hathaway. With such lucious lips you would think that these beauties would shy away from such a dramatic colour, but there red is, in all it's glory, shining like a beacon from the sexiest lips in the industry, and still appearing to match their conventional makeup styles.

Then there is the perception of the natural or nude lip being for the less extravagant or more wall flower type. I have had many a bride say that the nude or natural lip is their preference as they wish to portray a more demiure image...
... But does it? Think Katie Price or Lady Gaga, or what about Paris Hilton with her pastel pinks? These ladies are just as exubarant as their red wearing counterparts, and yet they have a reputation for wearing barely there lips.

Having dispersed of the myths, we are free to choose the right colour for ourselves.

So lets vote... Please Vote For Your Favourite Lipstick Colour

Shrina Weds Nikunj : Wyndham Grand Chelsea Harbour

Spent a lovely day with the bride and her girls.

The morning traditional event had a modern indian feel to the hair and makeup.

We went with antique golds and browns for the bride with a beautiful catseye effect in the eyeliner. Peach blush and a natural pink lip complmented the cream lengha which had beautiul bright Reds Oranges and Greens running through with the standard Gold finishing.

For the hair Shrina wanted to keep her hair down and have loose waves coming forward, so we added some hieght at the back for the dupatta, and we loosely curled the rest and let it flow from under the dupatta.

The girls had a mix of gentle colours with a few opting to go for brighter colour combinations from their beautiful outfits. Hair was styled in loose wavy and straight styles with volume.

For the evening event the style was glamorous, the brides teal shadow and glitter eyeliner complimented the deep green lengha. we added pink blush and a warm pink lipstick with gloss to compliment her features.

We finished the look off with large curls and bags of volume, gently pinning back a few tresses to frame her gorgeous face.

The girls went with smokey eyes in various hues, gentle blush and pink lips.
Hair was wavy and curly with the volume trend continued.

Bindi's and Tiaras would like to thank the ladies for welcoming us into their friendship and allowing us to be part of the lively chatter and relaxing atmosphere.
It was a lovely environment to be part of.

We wish Shrina and Nik all the best for their new life together.

Fun Day in South East London

Hi Ladies

I spent the day beautifying three lovely ladies in SE London today.

The wedding day is not far away for one of the party and she looked absolutely amazing for her garba evening.

Big hair, colourful eyes and sensious lips were the order of the day, with makeup requirements ranging from subtle natural tones to wild pinks, greens and blues.

I would like to thank them for the relaxing environment and fun stories they shared with me throughout the day.

I hope your evening went well girls, and I look forward to seeing you all next week for the BIG DAY!!!
